"Had a great stay here. Perfect location. Staff is top level. I had an issue the first night and the next day they caught me as I was leaving for the day and asked if they can go in the room. I came back and everything was fixed. The staff themselves are all super friendly and very welcoming. I’ll miss my morning chats with the front desk manager. She was amazing. Full of tips and recommendations. They even got me a cake for when I was leaving. Also the bed was the best bed my entire trip throughout Vietnam. Will deff come back here if I were to return to Hanoi. "

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with in a great location. We stayed here three separate times during our trip in Vietnam. We found the rooms to be comfortable, clean and decent in size. We use the eooftop pool almost everyday to cool off during our stay in April and May. We also enjoyed their rooftop bar several times at night. Their restaurant on site during dinner was absolutely fabulous. We dined there four times ...... the food, selection, presentation, venue and service were over the top and highly recommended. What makes this hotel even better is truly their staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location is also very attractive as it's only two blocks from Train Street and a few more blocks to Old Quarters. There are lots of eateries in the area, a pharmacy, just a few doors down and right around the corner is a laundry service keeping everything extremely convenient. Highly recommend!"

"I have had a wonderful stay at the Peridot. The staff are amazing and provide 5 star service. As a solo female traveller i was made to feel very safe and looked after during my stay. Staff are extremely attentive and kind. The room was so comfy and one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and amazing views. Location was perfect in a safe area of Hanoi and very central to the main attractions. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanoi. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!"
