This beautiful house is located just outside of Binisalem and can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious house is built on one level, has a living area of ​​approximately 240m2 and is situated on a 4000m2 plot. On the plot there is a tennis court and a pond with ducks and swans. There is a large garden and a pool of 11 x 5.5 m with sun loungers. Next to the large terrace there is a barbecue. The house includes a large living-dining room with large screen satellite TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite and a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Furthermore, the house has wireless internet.
