Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. "Owner sangat membantu & memahami. Tempat cantik, cuma agak jauh di kawasan pedalaman estet kelapa sawit dan jalan tanah merah berturap. Tak disarankan untuk kenderaan rendah. Tapi owner membantu dalam memberi pilihan untuk saya tukar tempat penginapan ke kawasan pekan. Kalau nak vibe camping atau nature, penginapan ini sesuai. Tempat lebih privacy."
