"There are just so many things went wrong. The keys won’t work the first day upon check in. There is no hot water for two days. The bathtub is broken so they give you a bucket to fill up on your own. No hot water is connected to bathtub and they described as specialized features lol. Every room services needs to call up at least three times to get serviced. "My new favorite stay in Manila. Great room at a great price with staff that helped me withing minutes if i ever needed anything. The location is also perfect on the most entertaining street in chinatown. Nearby food is great, watsons for any needs, and 7/11 open 24/7 for emergency snacks. Special shout out to Jayvee for helping us with our room and carrying our heavy baggage. Front desk during my stay was very helpful as well, answering all my questions and telling me where I could find nearby...

"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
