The spacious 2 - room apartment is 68 square meters, for max. 4 persons and consists of a living room with double sofa bed (1,40 width), a separate bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, separate kitchen and a shower room. The furnished, large balcony is accessible from the bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen equipment with dishes, glasses and kitchen appliances let nothing to be desired. Geschirrpüler, microwave and oven are naturally present. The apartment is on the second Upstairs and is easily reached by elevator. A free parking space is at your disposal. A storage for bicycles is available in the house.

The rental contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.   In one of the most exclusive locations of the seaside resort, only 2 minutes walk from the long, sandy beach, the promenade and boulevard of Binz, the Metropol was beginning the 20th century. Century built as Kurpension the style of resort architecture and 1997 painstakingly restored. Our 2-room apartment offers cozy and modern quality of living in a historic building with rich stucco ornamentation, turrets and filigree balconies. The apartment is on the second Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. A space for bicycles is available in the house. Furthermore, there is a free Wi - Fi access, and a free car - parking space available. Towels and linens are not included in the price, they can be booked on reservation for: Linen: € 12.00 p. P., towels € 6.00 p. P. and ever changing.

Gute Lage aber nicht sehr erholsam

Schön an der Wohnung waren die Lage, der große Balkon mit Möbeln und Polstern und die wirklich super gut ausgestattete Küche. Minus: Vermieter eher unfreundlich! Vorsicht bei undurchsichtigen Kosten. Plus Störung durch Handwerker ohne Ankündigung. Außerdem waren die Betten im Schlafzimmer sehr durchgelegen, somit entsprach der Renovierungsstandard nicht wirklich den Angaben in der Beschreibung! Uns war nicht bewusst, dass man den Schlüssel an einer anderen Stelle abholen musste. Ca. 20 min. Fußweg. Bei der Anreise eher unpraktisch wenn man nicht auf ein Auto zurückgreifen kann.
