A great room, helpfull staff and a great location. As close to the beach as you can get and i have always been lucky with the weather. Lots of local restraurants for variety.

Great hotel with phenomenal location, literally steps away from the beach. Great pool area with nice vibe to relax. The spa team, Christina and Bekbolot, were excellent, highly accommodating, great service, and very friendly. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit scattered and all over the place, on the first day, most of the food was empty when we arrived around 9 AM. It was crowded and loud, but that’s to be expected. The staff, especially Alex, were great and very polite. The check-in was decent, check-out was very friendly. We did receive an upgrade to a larger room, which was wonderful. Thank you very much! We will be back.

The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there. The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht. Das Beistellbett war eine Katastrophe. Nach viermaligen Fragen nach Ersatz habe ich aufgegeben. Also mit Aufbettung nicht zu empfehlen.

Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, sehr nettes und höfliches Personal, besonders Jewgeni aus dem Servicebereich ist hervorzuheben, ich habe ihn vor 3 Jahren bei meinem Besuch im Arkona kennengelernt und habe mich auch diesmal sehr gefreut, ihn wieder zu sehen. Er ist sehr fleißig und äußerst höflich. Hat seine Augen überall ! Der Wellnessbereich ist unschlagbar, diverse Saunen und der Pool sind phantastisch. Man kann sich kaum entscheiden, geht man zum Strand oder zum Pool. Alles in allem war es wieder sehr schön !
