This elegant holiday apartment awaits you on the island of Rügen. Your penthouse is bright and modern and makes a tasteful, well-kept impression. The room layout with two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, two bathrooms and a large shared living area spread over almost 160 m² makes it ideal for the whole family planning a luxurious holiday near the water.



Thanks to the large electric panoramic windows, you always have a sea view, even from the living room or bedroom, and on the west-facing terrace you can relax and enjoy the sunset in your private domicile.



Bathrobes are available free of charge for your stay, loungers with cushions provide relaxation and there is a large flat-screen TV in every bedroom and living room for entertainment



The penthouse is located in the historic Prora seaside resort complex dating back to 1936, which has now been transformed into a modern resort and invites you to enjoy a soothing holiday. Benefit from the wellness area with sauna and indoor pool, which you can reach in a few minutes from your apartment by lift. A fitness studio with modern equipment ensures that you can also work out while on holiday. You can also take part in fitness and yoga classes free of charge. There are four charging stations for electric vehicles, each with a charging capacity of 22.5 kW. The charging stations are located in the multi-storey car park and are only accessible to hotel guests.

Penthouse

Das Penthouse ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr großzügig und tolle Dachterrassen. Die Außenanlagen und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr gepflegt. Im Penthouse waren lediglich die Stufen zu den Schlafzimmern, die übrigens keine Türen haben, sehr glatt. Ein rutschfester Belag wäre wünschenswert, besonders für Familienmit Hunden oder kleinen Kindern. .

Mittelmaß!

Für uns: Mehr Schein als Sein. Unser Loft für angeblich 1,2 Mio € Wert, "luxuriös ausgestattet" und von uns in der ersten Juliwoche für 2.800 € gemietet = never ever again! Tatsächlich ist hier alles Mittelmaß, weder wirklich sauber und vor allem alles andere als "luxuriös". Das Umfeld trist; einiges geschlossen; nur teilweise geöffnet (angeblicher Personalmangel), darüber hinaus für die gebotene Qualität überteuert.
