Your stylishly furnished 2-room apartment 3RB5 (non-smoking) with a size of approx. 60m2 is located on the 1st Upper floor of the villa. It has 2 light-flooded winter gardens and can be occupied by up to 4 people. The apartment is divided into a beautiful living area with loggia, integrated kitchen with dining area, a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe as well as access to the second loggia and a daylight bathroom with vanity, shower, permanently installed hair dryer, heated towel rail and toilet. In the separate winter garden (accessible from the bedroom) you will find another sofa to relax. The living room has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a radio and free internet access. The bright loggia is equipped with comfortable wicker chairs and invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and various other kitchen aids. Two additional wedge pillows in the bedroom are used for restful sleep.
