Schöne Wohnung an Top-Lage
Schöne, insgesamt geräumige Wohnung in einem schönen Haus und direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist etwas klein, weist aber einen grossen Schrank auf. Gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Lesen und Plaudern. Die Küche ist gut mit Geschirr und sogar einem kleinen Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Top Lage, gemütliche Whg
Whg mit Strandkorb (100 Meter entfernt) liegt in der etwas ruhigeren Ecke von Binz. Alles hat super geklappt, nur die Doppeldecker Garage sollte in der Beschreibung aufgeführt werden, da doch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Schöne Wohnung jedoch mit Mankos
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Über Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Die Lage ist 1a. Für uns war lediglich ärgerlich, dass ein Strandkorb zur Wohnung angepriesen wurde, den es (zu unserer Reisezeit im Oktober) schlicht nicht gab. Auch hatten wir uns auf die Sauna gefreut, die ebenfalls nicht nutzbar war, weil die Räumlichkeiten zur Aufbewahrung von Bauabfällen verwendet wurden. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren dermaßen durchgelegen, dass man jedem mit auch nur kleinen Rückenproblemen von dieser Wohnung abraten muss.

Strandnahe, sehr geräumige, schöne Wohnung.
Die Garage zur Wohnung war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es handelt sich um eine Garage mit 2 übereinander liegenden Stellplätzen, die durch einen Aufzug befahren werden können. Wir haben einen SUV und kamen gerade so auf den obersten Stellplatz. Auf den unteren passt lediglich ein Auto mit einer geringeren Höhe. Die Sauna war nicht nutzbar weil dort Möbel lagerten. Man schrieb uns das sie in Corona Zeiten nicht benutzt werden durfte. Ich denke wenn wir alleine dort hinein gegangen wären , wäre es doch möglich gewesen. Aber das weis ich nicht so genau. Vor Ort war ja kein Reinigungsservice der die anschließende Reinigung vornehmen könnte. Wir hatten unsere E-Bike’s dabei. Leider gab es keine Ladestation am Haus. Auch das Abstellen der Fahrräder war nicht optimal. Die Strandnähe mit dem eigenen Strandkorb war super. Auch die Esslokale in der unmittelbaren Nähe waren alle toll. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.
