They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and will assist you with any help you need - from finding where your riverboat is docked to helping you with finding but eventually replacing your lost phone. "We had one of the larger rooms in the "villa" annex, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very modern, including window blinds that are operated electrically. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out what all the switches did. The walk-in shower was especially nice."
