Very nice holiday home (90sqm) for up to 5-6 people with 2 bedrooms (2 + 1.2), toilet, living room equipped with satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishes, many pots and glasses.
Parking next to the house.
The large terrace with a view of the garden and grill has chairs and a table as well as an awning.
In our garden we have various vegetables that guests can harvest as needed.
The holiday home near the beach also gravel but sandy beaches. Entertainment is provided on the beach.

This place is really nice! You have your own house with a nice garden. In the garden there is a friendly turtle that is one of the highlights of the place! The owner is really friendly and gave us vegetables from the garden and olive oil they’ve made themselves. The air conditioning is really good and kept the house cold. The walk to the beach was a bit far for our kids but the city centre and marina is really close! I really recommend this place!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Biograd. Das Haus von Adrijana liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege in die Stadt und an den Strand. Es ist vor Ort alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Adrijana war immer erreichbar wenn wir was benötigt haben. Wir durften uns aus dem Gemüsegarten bedienen. Es waren rundum gelungene Urlaubstage für uns als Familie. Was empfehlenswert ist, ist ein Abstecher in den Krka Nationalpark, circa 1 Stunde entfernt.

Aufgrund der Zentralen Lage kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zum Wasser und ins Nachtleben. Gemüse und Weintrauben aus dem eigenen Garten und frische Eier und Olivenöl von Adrijana waren sehr köstlich. Adrijane war immer sehr freundlich und erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden.

Ich bin sehr zufriden.Es worde sogar für unsere Schäferhund ein platz gefunden.Die Frau ist sehr Nett und hifsbereit. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein entspannter Familienurlaub (Großeltern, Eltern & 1 Kleinkind) in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Adrijana. Alles war sauber, weitere Wäsche stand auch zur Verfügung. Ein toller Gemüsegarten den man mit nutzen kann und die 2 Landschildkröten waren auch interessant zu beobachten für unseren Sohn. Das Haus steht in einer Nebenstraße, alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zentrum/Altstadt 5min, Strand 10min, Einkauf 5min, traditioneller Markt 7min, Apotheke 2min. Von Adrijana selbst wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei, sie gab uns Eier und ihr selbstgemachtes Bio-Olivenöl. Wir würden wiederkommen 😊

Das Ferienhaus hat den Charme eines ehemaligen kroatischen Wohnhauses behalten. Ein toll angelegter Gemüse Garten vor dem Haus und ein nicht einsehbarer Hinterhof mit viel Grün, Terrasse, gemauerten Grilloffen und einer Outdoor Küche. Ein Paradies für Urlauber die gerne draußen oder am offenen Feuer kochen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Adrijana und Ivan ist nicht zu toppen. Einfach Super.

Merci à Adrljana pour son accueil, elle est très sympathique et disponible. La location est propre. Il y a de l'espace. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, rien à dire. Le jardin est très bien et agréable, nous avons adoré le partager avec les 2 tortues. Merci encore de nous avoir permis de manger les merveilleuses tomates du jardin, un pur régal. Il y a un peu de bruit avec la rue principale mais on s'y habitue. Nous avons apprécié le bord de mer à moins de 10 minutes de la location. Parfait pour profiter de la mer et des restaurants.

Eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit schöner Atmosphäre. 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer und ein Garten voller Früchte. Man ist auch draußen für sich und kann das Sommergefühl genießen. Nicht zu vergessen die Haustiere: 2 Schildkröten und eine Katze. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber speziell drinnen sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir haben zu Dritt mit Kind eine Ferienwoche hier verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und Adrijana als Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentrumsnah und mit dem Rad nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Biograd sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Bei Adrijana kann man übrigens sehr leckeres Olivenöl aus eigenem Familienanbau bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch als sich unsere Ankunftszeit auf 23.45 Uhr verzögert hat, war das für sie kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit ihr lief über WhatsApp, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet oder kam direkt vorbei. Die Wohnung und der Garten waren so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und in den Fotos dargestellt.

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage hier verbracht und uns gefiel die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage des Hauses. Im Garten darf alles geerntet werden was man braucht und wir sind mit leckeren Tomaten und Gurken an den Strand .... gerne werden wir wiederkommen!

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in Adrijanas Haus verbracht. Sie ist eine tolle Vermieterin und Gastgeberin, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Das Haus ist zuvorkommend ausgestattet, sehr nett und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Kinder haben besonders den Garten geliebt mit den leckeren Tomaten, den Schildkröten und allem, was es zu entdecken gab. Der Grill draußen ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage um Biograd zu entdecken, aber auch, um von dort aus Ausflüge zu machen. Super Haus, super Lage, super Gastgeberin !:-) Immer wieder gerne!!!

Die Beschreibung und Bilder des Hauses sind sehr treffend. Wir waren Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Adrijana ist eine sehr nette, offene, hilfsbereite Vermieterin., die immer am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste interessiert ist. Gut fanden wir auch die Kochmöglichkeit im Schuppen im Garten. Man ist dann einfach mehr draußen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir haben im Juli 2019 insgesamt 11 Tage im Objekt gewohnt. Es handelt sich um ein ehemaliges Wohnhaus, welches seinen Charme behalten hat, zentral gelegen, mit uneinsehbarem Garten, schön grün, Tisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Feuerstelle und Schuppen mit zusätzlichem Kühlschrank. Haus klimatisiert. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt findet man dort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

We (4 adults, 1 dog) had a three weeks stay in Adrijanas house. The house is located well and equipped with everything one need. It is simple but good value for money. There is a small and private yard in the back of the house which is very nice to stay in the evening and you can enjoy a breakfast or dinner on the veranda. The air conditioning worked well, which was very important because of the hot summer. Adrijana is a perfect host and looking after her guests very well. We have enjoyed vegetables and fruits from her garden, all grown organic! The tomatoes were fantastic! Biograd is a very vivid place with crowded beaches and a lot of bars and restaurants. For those who are looking for a less crowded beach we recommend Crvena Luka. This is a resort about 5 minutes away by car. They charge 25 Kuna per person (which includes beach chair and umbrella) and 150 Kuna for parking. The place is quiet and the beach is great.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit Garten, Sitzplatz, outdoorküche und 2 Schildkröten im Vorgarten 😀. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet und ich habe selten so gut geschlafen. Außerdem ganz nah zum Zentrum. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a great 9 Nights stay at the House, everything was very clean and well prepared. Adrijana was trying to please us as much as possible and answered within Minutes if we had a Question :-) And the vegetables were great too ! There were a lot of Supermarkets pretty close to the house, so you could reach everything within a couple of minutes by foot. The Supermarkets were open from Monday-Sunday from 7-22 o'clock...haha, that was pretty cool. We don't have that in our Area in Germany. It's a nice City, we did not had any expectations, so we had a nice surprise there...especially in the evening it was very nice to be at the Marina, there are some really good Restaurants, maybe a bit hard to find (Casa Vecchia :D) but worth it. What could be an improvement is the possibility to get WLAN, cause it is always difficult to search for Informations with the Roaming Stuff but if you don't need/want that, you will be 100% fine in that House.
