"Five stars hotel with only 5 stars PRICES I wanna give credit to the hotel employees who work very hard and are very helpful from the reception to the valet to the waiters ***** The room: gods size for a triplet , mold in the bathroom, shower door does not close you need to clean the water after every shower Small porch off the room with a table and two chairs overlooking a dead palm tree and tons of card boards Overall the hotel is in mediocre condition considering that it is a five stars....

"À notre arrivée le climatiseur n'était pas fonctionnel. On a passé 2 nuits et la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas et personne n'est capable de réparer. Au petit déjeuner ,on est arrivé à 9:30 , il n'y avait plus de café et froid. Pas assez de pain . Des petites quantités dans les assiettes, mais pas suffisant pour une grande clientèle. La piscine était bonne et c'est tout. Je suis venu il ya 5 ans mais c'était mieux"

"Old and rundown , needs serious renovations , breakfast was mediocre, one bottle of water was provided , very expensive restaurant or drinks on property 10$ for coffee , no activities available , no proper entertainment AC barely working ,bathroom sinks or toilets are old Very expensive stay cost 2250 $ for 3 days Could have spend the same amount on all inclusive resort Not worth it , I don’t recommend this called resort to anyone It is barely 3 stars hotel"
