You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. "Do not try to use Expedia or other online services to book your stay at this hotel.
I used Expedia to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and paid for it at the time of booking.
I arrived at the hotel and it looks like a ghost hotel.
I saw couple of guys sitting at the entrance door and I spoke to them about my booking and showed my itinerary number and proof of booking but they didn’t give a single crap about it and kept saying we have no room available and we didn’t receive any money..you had been...
