"The only recommendation is to keep the food warmer. Had to use microwave to heat before eating; food was NOT cold, but was tepid."

"We felt our 2 overnite stays were very accommodating. The beautiful blue/green newly redecorated hotel felt brand new. The beds and linens were immaculate and super comfy. The self serve breakfast was managed efficiently such that items did not run out and I felt we had so many choices, hot and cold. My ONLY discomfort was the florescent thermostat that shined toward our beds. We tried covering it with a washcloth, a baseball hat, a piece of paper-and nothing could dim it. I wished for a button to turn light off/ as some models have."

"My experience was awful! When I got there the man at the front counter was so belligerent and disrespectful I was absolutely astonished by his behavior! I tried to show him my confirmation number and my reservation number and he grabbed my phone out of my hand and slammed it down on the counter and was screaming at me telling me that there was nothing under my name when I was trying to respectfully show him that I had already paid for my room. He pointed his finger in my face was screaming at me telling me to get out of his hotel to not come back I tried to get a refund and I never got my money back I will never ever stay at a Wyndham Hotel again especially one that is ran by someone from India and I have never been one that has been racist or discriminatory of any race or religion in my life! I cannot believe that they are hiring such people that are so disrespectful to work for them. He called me all kinds of nasty names was cussing at me his wife I'm assuming came out told us to leave I told them I had never been so disrespected by a hotel staff in my life I even tried to show her calmly my reservation number and everything told her that he had grabbed my phone out of my hand and slammed it down on the counter and she still sided with him I told her to run back the video camera tapes and she refused she told me to leave and to get off of the property."

"Check-in was a problem. New computer system at the lodge didn't pull any Expedia reservations over so they had to create my reservation while I was standing there. They also tried to get payment from Expedia while I was standing there. After about 30 minutes. They let me go ahead and go to my room. Also worth noting that cell phone reception is spotty at best, mostly non-existent. Otherwise, the facility was beautiful."

"We had THE BEST time. We went here for a late Mother’s Day & friends birthday getaway. So 2 couples. This was perfect but could have fit another couple or 2. They had everything we needed and some things we didn’t even realize we needed. We grilled, we sat by the fire, we enjoyed the tub and the peaceful front porch. We floated jacks fork and the drive was a short 25 minutes. It’s a wonderful place, the pictures do not do justice and we are trying to plan our next stay soon! Make sure you check out their video on the counter of the history behind this home and all the hard work they’ve put in. A must stay!"
