"Das Viertel ist nicht besonders schön und die Wohnung schmutzig.Die Infos zum Check-In erhielt ich erst auf Nachfrage von meiner Seite. Als wir zur Wohnung kamen, war kein Schlüssel in der Keybox. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde, bis uns jemand die Wohnung aufschloss.In der Wohnung waren Herd, Besteckkasten, Bad und die Fensterbänke stark verschmutzt.Wir baten um eine Erstattung. Leider wurde darauf nicht reagiert. "

"Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. "

"Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt gewesen. Reinigungs Personal kam und reinigte das Zimmer und Badezimmer. Nach der Reinigung war es gemütlich. Scheinbar war das Gebäude in einer Renovierung geplant und es soll begonnen worden sein, daher wirkte das Gebäude und der angrenzende Garten nicht sehr einladend aus. Nach der Renovierung könnte es einladender aussehen. Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft und nicht um ein Hotel. Bitte nicht vergessen."

"Property was not clean at all. The dishes, rooms and showers including the bath was awful. The window in the 1st bedroom was locked and the 2nd bedroom balcony was broken. On par with student accommodation. The location was okay but parking was hard to find too. Overall we wouldnt book again. "
