"The booking and conversation with Julian was perfect, easy and clear.However the apartman was really a shock for us. We booked it for 4 person. We arrived late in the evening and realized that we got just 2 towels, no sheet for the pull-out bed. The walls and furnitures were really settled down. I could not reach anybody in the evening so called my nephew who took for us towels, covers..Everthing was dirty!! Under the bed were ballon pices, and someone's socks...I do not recommend this place!"

"Property was not clean at all. The dishes, rooms and showers including the bath was awful. The window in the 1st bedroom was locked and the 2nd bedroom balcony was broken. On par with student accommodation. The location was okay but parking was hard to find too. Overall we wouldnt book again. "

The apartment is outfitted with all the necessary basics for cooking and relaxing. Everything matches the pictures and the descriptions. The surrounding area has loads of cute shops and restaurants, as well as a nice grocery store."

"This was ideal for my weekend in terms of location....5 minutes walk to Norbury station which is 5 minutes from Selhurst Park for the match i was attending. The room was basic but clean which is exactly what i wanted. The host was extremely attentive and friendly. I would come definitely use this accommodation again"
