"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. "This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel very welcome and valued. Check in process was easy. Our room was lovely with a view over the iconic old course. Husband said the view was out of this world and would be to any golf fan. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel but the bar on the 4th floor was lovely. There was a piano player and the vibes were amazing. Breakfast in the morning on the 4th floor was lovely, one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in any hotel. And the view while having breakfast was even better! Bed and room was great, bed very comfy. Room was very quiet and relaxing. Shower was great. The only thing we found not the best was the size of the gym. It was fairly busy and could have been double the size with the demand. But other than that, everything about our stay was 5/5 and would definitely return in the future."
