Stressful book-in - not "luxury"

Gaining access to the property was painful. I was told I would have the code from 3pm but it was not shared. When I arrived the host was unavailable so I had to park outside making calls/messages. Parking was a lottery on the street. Very stressful. Finally got in but code was only given when I was at the front door. That had not been communicated. Wifi code was not provided though I was told it would be. Never saw any signs of a swimming pool. Luxury? Broken toilet seat.
Stayed 1 night in Dec 2022
