Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back.

We checked in for two nights and dispite having a few hiccups with the room and the restaurant bill the staff were lovely very friendly and polite and extremely efficient. Our problems were solved straight away with no issues. The pool was lovely and warm but did get a bit crowded at times with children but the morning was quite. It might be an idea to have times for members to swim separately to guest that way everyone gets a chance to swim.The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was also good. The hotel it's self could do with an update but the beds were lovely and comfy. The roads into the carpark could do with levelling off loads of uneven road surfaces. We would definitely go back.
