Came for two nights and the room we were first in was clean but very tired and the TV didn’t work but we arrived late so were grateful for somewhere to rest our heads. We were moved to a different room for our next night and the A/C was broken but we had a working TV. I’m not sure we would stay here again but couldn’t fault the staff. The decor and amenities just need a bit of a sort out.

Great location for our trip to Coventry City football club. The hotel rooms are in need of a bit of TLC but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The staff throughout the hotel were great, a credit to the organisation.

Ma chambre était sale en arrivant. Le lendemain matin, j’ai demandé à ce que l’aspirateur soit passé sur la moquette et que le bureau soit nettoyé car on voyait des traces de tasse collantes. Rien n’a été fait à mon retour, c’est tres decevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon également.

There was a party in one of the function rooms and one of these people decided it would be funny to run down the corridor banging on room doors waking guests up. We were then woken up again at 6 am by screaming and shouting. Another party guest from the previous night had taken a substance and layed on the grass in the garden outside our bedroom window shouting he had things crawling all over him. Four paramedics and two hotel guest had to help each other to deal with the situation. The hotel wet room for disabled guests had a tiled floor which when wet was slippery and should of been non slip.The doors handles were in poor condition There was rubbish behind the cabinet in the room from the previous occupant .The morning breakfast was ok. Plenty of choice.

According to the receptionist, I could have diner until 9pm at the restaurant. When I arrived at 8:30, it turned out there was no chef and the restaurant was closed. Had to take an Uber into town. Most inconvenient. Corridors, staircases and lift could do with an update. Breakfast was ok, but not great. There was a trickling rain shower and a bath without a bath plug. I guess you get what you pay for…
