Nice, modern, reasonably priced hotel on Digbeth side of city. Nothing you wouldn't get in one of the better Premier Inns, apart from a flashy reception. Big room, no noise from inside or outside, quiet but ineffective air con, lovely shower but the gel/shampoo tubes were empty!

The second time we’ve stayed here and quite a few of the same staff were working, offering in the great service. Super friendly and helpful. really comfortable hotel in a fantastic location near the canal. We’ll be back Managed to find free parking up the hill first left )

Cant fault the place. Clean and comfortable room with friendly check-in/bar staff. Ideal place for a city break due to its location and at a reasonable price

The hotel amenities are not too bad though it was too warm in the room and no possibility to to control the room temperature . The area around the hotel is a bit rough

very helpful staff, comfortable room, great location and a good price a little bit of refurbishment going on at the time of booking (20th to the 22nd of june) so a little bit of construction noise at the time, but as we werent staying in the room all day, it was no bother enjoyed the breakfast ( normal hotel breakfast buffet so combination of "full english" and contiental) would stay again

The hotel was very modern and cool and the reception area was funky. The only issue was on arrival there was only one member of staff working who had to serve a large round of drinks before checking me in!

Loved it here no issues with anything. Staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and very clean. The surrounding area had a lot of positives, there were a few shops around, a petrol station, a few restaurants, a bus stop nearby and it’s really close to the city centre. The only issue I had was that the to wasn’t plugged in and wasn’t working, there were a few loose wires but I could’ve asked for support which I’m sure the staff would’ve got it working. Overall a lovely hotel I would go again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and will do so again in the future. My family and I love the style and the location - we always enjoy playing pool in the bar and it's a nice family friendly pub. On this occasion, it wasn't the best stay. The first night was a diffficult sleep with the room being 28 degrees (no air con despite what Expedia says). They moved us to another room which was better but still an uncomfortable night and come 8am it sounded like we were sleeping on a building site. Hopefully something they can remedy for the future.
