This luxury 3 bedroom converted warehouse, located in Birmingham's thriving Jewellery Quarter is perfect for anyone who enjoys the finer things in life. This historic grade 2 listed building blends rustic and modern beauty with a modern kitchen and living area with high ceilings. This townhouse boasts free secure gated parking acting as a perfect base to explore Birmingham.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. A beautiful main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a rainfall shower. Adjacent to it is the second double bedroom with 2 single beds which can be made into a king bed if you so choose to!

The first floor hosts the main luxurious bathroom comprising of a relaxing modern bath surrounded by nature to help you unwind after a long day exploring Birmingham. Also located on this floor is the third bedroom with a cosy double bed and large rustic bay windows with plenty of natural light.

The third floor compromises of the main living area, kitchen and dining space. Packed with character and high ceilings, this area bring out it's historic charm with exposed brick and beams along with large bay windows allowing natural light to flood in. There is a comfortable chesterfield sofa, unique coffee table with a large flat screen TV packed with free Netflix, Amazon prime and BT sports for your viewing pleasure. Adjacent to this is the sleek and modern fully equipped kitchen which has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave cooker/oven and of course cutlery, pots and pans. Everything you need for long or short stays!

The property is equipped with a CCTV camera facing the front door only. Also this home is equipped with a decibel monitor to help us prevent parties. The monitor only registers sustained noise levels over a decibel threshold and does not record voices or specific sounds.
