➔ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests
Requests for early check-in or late check-out fall outside of our standard times and must be made through the Guest Portal only.
Such requests are subject to availability, are approved only once confirmed by our cleaning teams, and are confirmed only after payment has been made through the Guest Portal.
Until confirmation is received, the standard times of check-in at 16:00 hrs and check-out at 10:00 hrs remain in effect.

These may include minor wear and tear — such as small marks or cosmetic imperfections —such wear is normal and acceptable and does not affect the quality, comfort, or safety of your stay.
