And you can forget about the host sending a team out. I text 3 different times asking for blow dryer, broom and some spray. They text and said I’ll get with the team. No Team!"

"We got to the property, after it being described as a townhome. When we arrived, the property was an apartment in an apartment complex, on the second floor. The apartment smelled strongly of smoke (someone had very obviously smoked there), we have a hold with several allergies and we knew instantly we wouldn’t stay. Additionally, there was piles of trash outside the door, fruit flies in the kitchen and the fridge didn’t fully close. The smoke smell and that it wasn’t a townhome was why we left....
