By car: 9 minutes from Biscarrosse Plage, 8 minutes from the 27-hole golf course, 7 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes from the famous Dune du Pyla, 40 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Many additional activities: jet ski, boat rental, fishing, water skiing, horse riding, tennis, cinema, walks in the forests, bordeaux and its vineyards, chateaux…

In a protected area, this bright villa (classified 4 stars by the Biscarrosse tourist office) will encourage you to rest and relax. Located in a quiet area, not overlooked, in a large 3700m2 park with trees The 200m2 terrace (facing south), around the heated (5x12m) swimming pool (from May 20 to September 15, 2018) and secure, in front the master suite, furnished with parasol, deckchair and brazier, is a place to sunbathe, read a good book, play with the children (tranpoline, football cage, basketball hoop, ping pong table, bicycle) or dinner in the evening surrounded by nature (outdoor kitchen area with large table for 14 people, lounge, BBQ, plancha).
Large parking lot completely firm and secure.
Our holiday home is particularly comfortable. The appliances are new (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
The living room allows 10 people to dine around a large table or chat in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven hood, fridge and freezer.
The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed as follows:
2 bedrooms (with double bed) with a bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the pool side (south side), one of which has TV and direct access to the pool
2 bedrooms: the first has a double bed; the second: a double bed and 2 bunk beds (ideal for children) these two rooms are far from the first 2.
They have a bathroom with washbasin and WC
For very young children you will find a high chair, a foldable baby cot, a sterelizer. We live on site to maintain the pool and the park. our entrances are separate, only the outside laundry room and the parking lot are shared. you will not see us during your stay unless you call us for stewardship by sms

Family of 3 generations

We were 3 couples and 3 children of 6, 9 and 9. The house is well appointed and well equipped for this number offering great comfort for indoor and particularly outdoor living The house is walking distance to a boulangerie and Lidl and a few minutes drive to large supermarket, main town, restaurants and cafés. The pool is amazing although it may not suit non-swimmers as there is no shallow end, only steps going down to a constant depth of shoulder height for an adult. Philippe and Chantal are great hosts and can be on hand if you need them, always willing to help ot advise if you want help. The gardens, pool area and games room are fantastic and the provision of bikes is outstanding! There are accessible cycle routes to the lakes loved that water

Perfect for a family summer vacation. This property is an oasis of tranquillity in a bustling holiday destination. The hosts Phillipe and Chantelle are delightful, they are discrete but always available and really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The property is ideal for families with the pool and grounds the centre of entertainment focus. The pool is heated to make swimming for children even more of a joy and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ & Plancha was great for alfresco meal preparation. There are supermarkets very close by and a patisserie within easy walking distance so self catering is straightforward. All in all an excellent property.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Familienaufenthalt

Die Villa von Phillipe und Chantal ist fantastisch für einen Familienurlaub mit Alt und Jung geeignet. Die Kinder liebten denn Pool - wir Erwachsenen auch. Schöne Zimmer, Außenküche mit Plancha und Grill, Tischtennis und Taifun in der Garage, Fahrräder zur freine Verfügung, eine Petnague-Bahn, Couch im Außenbereich mit Ventilatoren, Und insgesamt super angenehme Temperaturen im Haus trotz Hitze. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Sommerurlaub par excellence

Zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub bei Philippe und Chantal verbracht. Die liebenswerten Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, engagiert und diskret. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut für zwei Familien geschnitten. Entweder jede Familie nutzt einen Flügel für sich oder Kinder und Eltern haben jeweils einen eigenen Flügel. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Outdoorküche und Garten ist hervorzuheben. Auch die Spielgarage mit Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und Airhockey, sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder ist außergewöhnlich. Wer keine eigenen Fahrräder mitbringt, kann die bereitgestellten Fahrräder nutzen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft für Großfamilie

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vor allem der Außenbereich hatte es uns angetan. Der Pool und die Möglichkeit, ihn zu verschließen, ist genial, vor allem, wenn man ein Kleinkind dabei hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Nähe, auch mit einem der vorhandenen Fahrrädern, erreichbar. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen…einzig die Sauberkeit beim Einzug fanden wir so lala…

Magnifique séjour

Nous étions un groupe de 10 vacanciers habitués aux locations estivales ... Et nous sommes ravis de notre choix pour la saison 2023! La maison est superbe, pratique, lumineuse, bien équipée. La situation, a 10min de la plage et au coeur de Biscarrosse bourg, est idéale. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Tolles geräumiges Haus, perfekt für 2 Familien aufgrund des Grundrisses (2Flügel). Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Perfekter Startpunkt für Ausflüge an den Atlantik oder an den Badesee, der auch zu Wanderungen einlädt. Aufgrund der großzügigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten am Haus kann man auch einige Nachmittage auf dem Grundstück verbringen ohne sich zu langweilen. Dazu kommt das sehr herzliche und freundliche Vermieterpaar, dass bei Fragen oder Sorgen auch persönlicher Natur stets unterstützend zur Seite steht, ansonsten sich aber komplett im Hintergrund aufhält.

Firstly, Philippe and Chantal are one in a million. They could not have been better hosts. So helpful and responsive. Villa was beautiful with AMAZING outside space. Close to shops and also the lake and beach. We simply loved it.

Fantastic Holiday

This property was everything we could have wanted for a holiday and more. It catered well for all members of our party from a 2 year old child up to OAP's. Philippe and Chantal were the perfect hosts, hardly ever seen but always there when we needed them. Lots of amenities in the local area. We can't recommend this property highly enough and we'll certainly be looking at rebooking for next year.

Mr et Mme Mathieu . Des gens adorables, aimables , réactifs, posés, discrets !! Des personnes qui nous correspondent totalement. Le même mode de vie ! Nous pourrions très vite devenir des amis fidèles !!! Juste petit bémol sur la location, bien précisée que les propriétaires habitent juste au dessus et non à proximité comme indiqué dans l’annonce . Et très sincèrement mettre la climatisation dans la location…. Pour nous indispensable !! Banquette de salon à revoir pour le confort ainsi que l’assise du salon extérieur qui date un peu .. sinon séjour au top , avec des propriétaires encore une fois « ADORABLES « !! Philppe and Chantel we’re excellent hosts and very helpful the property is very clean and well kept we were a party of 10 , 6 adults 4 children aged between 9and4 The pool was amazing they loved it, play area great too Outdoor kitchen was great hardly any need to use the one indoors and plenty of room for everyone around the pool area Lovely day bed for the little ones to get out of the sun a. Ping pong table and bikes for adult fun would recommend a visit

Zeer sterk aanbevolen voor jonge kinderen

Alles prima in orde, vriendelijke eigenaars, winkels op loopafstand. Biscarrosse plage op 10 min. met auto, heel gezellige kuststad. Misschien één minpuntje is de Wi-Fi wanneer hij gebruikt wordt door verschillende gasten samen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.
