The people that work there were very nice. Outside the hotel was nice, the restaurant waitress was very nice and the prices were fair. The hotel needs a lot of keep up , very dated , it’s really a 2 start hotel.breakfast wasn’t that great.

Dishonest reception staff

We had our car moved & damaged by hotel staff whom then claimed we had done it . They polished it up & when asked why they would do that , all we got was an arrogant shoulder shrug. Not very respectful & spoilt our stay. Never experienced mandatory pool cap to swim? Some people had more hair on their bodies than head?

L’Hotel é vicinissimo al mare e predispone di servizi ottimali per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. La colazione é abbondante e buona. La camera, seppur non modernissima, é funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La piscina spaziosa.

Hotellet er utdatert og gammelt. Kan ikke si dette er 3 stjerner lenger. Jeg tror dette var et supert eksklusivt hotell når dette var nytt. Beliggen heten til hotellet er meget bra. Stranden til hotellet er dyrt å leie parasoll og strand stol. Bruk Tüka eller La Salata. Frokosten er lavmål. Noe av personalet er veldig hyggelig og mange av dem kan ikke engelsk og kvier seg til å prate. Virker «sure» Pizza på resturantene til Salsello er 10/10. samme her så er personalet skeptiske til engelsktalende turister. Noen hyggelige. Rent vann ved svømmebasseng. Husk her må man bruke badehette. Ikke vært noe problem for oss å få strandstol ved vannet. Det er litt aktivitet i vannet fra morgen til litt ute på dagen. Litt støy.

Fint ophold, men..

Overordnet set et fint ophold med utrolig fin beliggenhed. God rengøring , fint værelse, venligt personale og lækker restaurant med skøn udsigt. Når det så er sagt, så er vi nødt til at nævne hotellets lufthavnstransport. Det viser sig at der kun er én lille Fiat 500 til rådighed ved dem, hvilket man lige skal være obs på - især hvis man er mere end 3 gæster. De andre gæster på hotellet, som skulle hjem samtidigt som os, måtte brugte lang tid på selv at finde en anden løsning - som ikke var nemt på en søndag og de havde valgt hotellet på baggrund af dette. Kendskabet til engelsk er langt under hvad man må forvente og derfor utroligt mange misforståelser i forhold til både bordreservationer og som nævnt, lufthavnstransporten. Hotellet har været fint, men vi har været kede af kommunikationen fra deres side. Vi fik at vide kl. 23:40 at vi faktisk skulle hæve penge til den transport de tilbød(som vi skulle med kl. 3 samme nat), da vedkommende udelukkende tog kontanter. Hotellet gav os ikke mulighed for at hæve ved dem - men sagde vi måtte op og gøre det i byen. Vi blev ret ærgerlige over, at vi havde planlagt transporten på 1. dagen og ingen havde meldt dette for os før der. Vi fik dog, efter længerevarende kommunikation med flere parter, deres chauffør til at køre os til en ATM i byen på vejen. Vi har været okay tilfredse med vores ophold, men kommunikationen samt aftaler skal klart forbedres, hvis man skal sikre en 100% god og samtidigt “tryg” oplevelse som gæst. :)

God rolig beliggenhed

Hotellet trænger til en kærlig hånd - men pool, hjælpsomt personale og den dejlige udsigt er et besøg værd. Og kan varmt anbefale deres restaurant, hvor maden er ok og igen den flotteste udsigt.

Hotelli kulunut mutta siisti ja hiljainen. Palvelu toimi väsyneesti. Allasalue hyvä ja siisti. Rantaalue hyvä. Miinuksena yksityistilsisuudet altaalla ja rannassa. Uima-altaalla uimalakki pakko joka selvisi kun meni uimaan. Uimalakkeja ei saanut hotellilta. Asian voisi kertoa kun kysyy uima-altaasta asioita. Hyvä aamupala. Paikalliseen tasoon nähden hyvin runsas ammupala. Kokonaisuutena jäi miellyttävä kuva hotellista.

L’Hotel si trova di fronte la strada litoranea di Bisceglie. Esteriormente è gradevole, ma internamente è poco curato. La stanza in cui sono stato alloggiato era molto “spartana” e gli arredi datati. La doccia , nel bagno, era ai limiti dell’utilizzo. La colazione molto minimal. Il ristorante ha una bella terrazza con vista sul mare.

Passable, même pour une nuit

Au premier abord l’hôtel est bien situé en bord de mer mais une fois à l’intérieur on se retrouve dans un endroit vétuste avec des chambres vieillottes à la literie très inconfortable. Heureusement le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner correct. Malgré tout il faudrait m’expliquer à quoi correspondent les 4 étoiles !!!

L' Hotel ha un ottima posizione fronte mare con parcheggio e con un ristorante dove si mangia bene con un buonissimo servizio. La struttura sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata, ma il rapporto con il prezzo è ottimo.

Struttura non in linea con le 4 stelle esposte. Tutto è rimasto agli anni 80, forse, dagli arredi al bagno alle lenzuola che ho trovato sul letto. Soffitto in cartongesso rotto o con macchie evidenti, crepe sul muro in camera, climatizzatore desueto sporco e rumoroso e pulizia, in generale da rivedere. Bagno con doccia 80x80 senza soffione manuale, solo a muro, box doccia con silicone ormai nero dalla muffa con porte scorrevoli che si muovono a fatica. Anche qui asciugamani lisi e consumati.

Si l’hôtel est dans son jus et mériterait une rénovation, c’est aussi le charme de l’Italie du sud. Le personnel est très professionnel et disponible, les chambres très propres, la piscine très grande et propre, le restaurant avec vue mer très bon avec une plage privée disponible si besoin. L’hôtel est en bord de mer permettant d’accéder à la ville tout en longeant la mer. Parfait.
