"I'm American and got my own room. The place was fairly empty (in early December), so not too much interaction with others (for better or worse). The building is old but everything is clean and in great working order. Great water pressure in showers, really clean bathrooms and kitchen, AC worked great (you'll need it), and parking was easy. "A basic property with minimal everything but good enough if you're on a budget. Kitchenette, bathroom, small lounge with not enough comfortable chairs (there were 2 but there was 3 of us, and the place is set up for 4 so it seemed strange). Easy quick walking distance to the centre, supermarkets nearby. A small nice town beach nearby."

"Our stay was great! The bungalow met all of our needs including a cooler for our drinks to the many beaches. We picked this place because of their beach which is awesome for beach combing and turns out-snorkeling. There are mosquitoes, deal with it, they are everywhere on the island, don’t let it change your mind on this location. You can see and hear the flamingos in the morning, from a distance, which is pretty cool. We only used the AC at night when we were home and stayed very comfortable....
