We only stayed here one night due to a booking mixup in our other location. We were extremely amazed at what a lovely host Loeki was and beautiful the setting is. While the staff was great, forward and full of service. Property needs a little bit of tender loving care. While the room presentation was impresive and fantastic, the room itself needs care from engineering when it comes to ceiling an A/C temperature. But don't let this discourage you for staying in this resort for the staff knows about it and will work on it. Staff is very forward for service giving. Both Dinner and Breakfast were great as well as the staff providing the service.
