It’s always a unique experience in Bishop, the small town with a big back yard, hotel was great as well, don’t be fooled by the exterior, the rooms are quiet modern and comfortable.

This hotel was a hidden gem a little ways off the main road. Don’t let the condition of the exterior deter you, the interior of the rooms are beautifully renovated. Staff was also really nice!! Perfect for a quick stopover in Bishop!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the parking area felt safe, which we appreciated. One issue was the extremely strong detergent smell in the room, which affected our breathing. The front desk mentioned a fragrance free detergent was purchased but may not have been used. Hopefully this can be corrected, as soon as possible!

A nice affordable hotel in Bishop, great for skiing in Mammoth.The updated deluxe rooms at this motel are very nice and well worth the extra few dollars per night. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Honestly, it was perfect. The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and spacios. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. Came with a fridge and microwave and tv with many channels to watch. I also forgot my toothbrush, and luckily they had disposables! So that nice little touch was the best lart for me. Just book it.

Surprisingly Nice Stay!

New favorite spot in Bishop! Decided to try this place despite the overall poor reviews, and could not have been happier. I never leave reviews but feel like I have to share how great our room was, seemingly recently remodeled, clean, and very well-priced. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect! We could walk or drive to get food or site see. We went fishing while in Bishop and the hotel had a cleaning facility and freezer available which was wonderful! Outside our bathroom window were horses, so that was a beauty site in the morning. Overall, wonderful stay for the price. Will definitely be back.

Do not recommend.

Awful. The AC is too small for the room and it never cooled down at night enough for a comfortable sleep. The ac was so inadequate after we took showers the entire room heated up like a steam room even when we opened the bathroom window. The fridge didn’t work properly, even though it was set on 3 it froze all our food. The pool was not open. The room was dark, dirty, and the bathroom was gross and moldy. I have pretty low standard when it comes to motels and this place really stunk. Absolutely not worth the money.

Overall a good experience - clean room, friendly staff, quiet area (although this was the middle of the week). The air conditioner was missing a few pieces that meant all the cold air just hung out near the ground; it also didn't have the capability to turn itself on/off in response to changing temperature, which required some manual control.
