"Beautiful gated hotel right on the beach. It has beach access but there is a big ol mound of soft sand you have to climb to get there, I imagine it could cause trouble for elderly or handycap. Other than that the property is amazing."

Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units.
