"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. "

"We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...

Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. "Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "
