"Breakfast, room, staff couldn’t ask for anymore…. Fabulous!!"

"Hotel generally ok, bit tired in places. I was missing a welcome pack so didn’t know the times for breakfast, reception rushed through it all quickly and said pack to read but no pack and no reception when went back. Missing normal coffee in room only decaf. Breakfast a bit average. Fruit pretty poor processed fruit. Other stuff ok. Staff welcoming though room clean but a bit tired and bed board broken. "

"Easy to access from the M5. We received a very warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again "

"Nice room, but needs a little TLC. Parking good, nice staff. Restaurant a let down. No staff available and very slow service, cold food and breakfast was very disorganised and lacking fresh coffee, orange juice and pastries! "

"Yes it was well stocked but service very poor.very poor service in the restaurant had to wait an hour before are meal arrived also similar with breakfast waited half an hour.The room was very clean parking was very good."
