"All was excellent.apart for the food service.first night we order a evening meal and waited 45 minutes for it and has for breakfast i at to wipe my table myself about we sat down for breakfast.i work as a unit manager in a kitchen.table should be clear and wiped at all time So unhappy with food service."

"Great location for ease of access into the NEC - it’s literally 100 yards away. You can store luggage at the hotel whilst at an expo which is really handy. Car park is a ten min walk round the lake and you get discounted parking from the hotel if you use their car park. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Rooms were really comfortable albeit the aircon is really efficient! Other than that was a great stay. Super comfy beds and lovely bedding "

"We were a group of 8 friends with 6 rooms. Room i was in was clean the only downside of my room was the bed it was awful rock ,hard hard ,and by the look of it ancient ..other than that great stay, great food breakfast was mint ,staff were great just need a new bed in room 107."

"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."

"When we arrived at check in we were upgraded , the young woman working was extremely courteous,friendly and helpful . Recommended a good restaurant which we received a 10% discount ! Even better . Hotel was very well situated and accommodating."
