"This is a very nice place, staff was friendly and professional...rooms were great..beds were comfortable...the only thing I recommend is getting a elevator...it's tough hauling your luggage up those stairs. Otherwise a very good place"

"There was a land line telephone in the room that was just sitting there. It was not connected, just a piece of furniture but with no purpose. With cell phones everywhere why even bother with land lines anymore. Make a cost cuttting measure that makes sense. The microwave was not plugged in. Since finding an open outlet meant moving large pieces of furniture, I had to move it to the table before I could use it."
