"Checked into my room and there were absolutely no towels, the mini-fridge was missing and the bathroom sink faucet was not tightly held to the counter (I could move the base of it side to side and needed both hands, one to hold it and one to turn it on to use it). I contacted the front desk and was moved to a different room which didn't have any bar soap for handwashing in the bathroom and was missing a bathmat and several towels. There were wrappers under the pull out sofa bed and under the bed next to the wood that's suppose to prevent items from getting underneath the bed. Lastly, the ice machine was not working, and the closest one would have taken me two floors up or two floors down which was inconvenient. I have always had pretty good luck, but this stay was an exception to that average. The staff have always been nice and helpful when they could be and being able to have my dogs stay with me keeps me coming back. "

"The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through."

"A very nice property, spotless and Danya the host was very accommodating at check in. The loft was gorgeous and overlooked a lake out the back patio. Everything was organized and had everything you needed. Great stay and a great price, way better than a hotel by far!"

"The home was nice, clean and cozy. Would have liked to know ahead of time that the stairway to the 2nd floor had short steps that weren’t senior people friendly. Lacking Kleenex and a kitchen dishcloth, otherwise a nice place."
