"Looks a bit tired but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A nice place. Good breakfast with helpful staff . The restaurant has sea views and was clean and tidy "

"Our second stay. A really nice hotel with a great view over the Pleasure Beach. The hotel is very clean. I am not keen on buffet breakfasts but others seemed to enjoy it. The service was good but I would recommend two members of staff on reception at checking in times, we had to queue a while. The wine in the room was a nice touch but we could not drink it as we do not like red and we could only swap it for Chardonnay, which we don’t like either, unable to swap for Sauvignon. We will be coming back."
