The open-plan kitchen, which is also located in the room, is fully equipped with an oven, a (deep) fridge, an electric hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. There is also a guest WC and a utility room. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where two bedrooms await you. One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 metres wide), the second has two single beds (0.90 metres wide). The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The highlight of the house is the separate sauna, which you can use free of charge. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair, children's toys and board games for young and old. You can use (underfloor) heating and free WLAN in all rooms of the house.
The 9,800 square metre estate is unique for nature lovers. There are only three holiday homes at a great distance from each other. Your dog will love the run. With the exception of the driveways, the garden is completely enclosed. Directly around the sun terrace, the landlords have set up an approx. 120m² fenced dog run. On the terrace you can also organise a barbecue evening with the charcoal grill in good weather and enjoy nature and the company. Several private outdoor car parking spaces are available free of charge. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle shed on the property.
The minimum length of stay is generally four nights. Exceptions are possible by prior and individual agreement with the landlord. The landlords are happy to let the house to guests with dogs that get along well with other furry friends. Please note that other dogs may also be on holiday on the property during your stay. Up to two dogs can be accommodated in the main house. Unfortunately, other pets cannot be accommodated.
There are numerous leisure activities available, which almost require a two-week stay to experience everything. Examples include the Heidepark Soltau, the Aquamundo water adventure world at the nearby Centerparc, the Snowdome Bispingen, the Ralf Schumacher go-kart track and much more. The nearest town centre with café, restaurants and a grocery store is approx. 300 metres away.
