The look & feel of the entire hotel is great, and the service is first class. I was here for business but would like to come back and use this hotel as my base to do daytrips to Lille & Ghent (only 20 minute train rides), and Bruges & Brussels (each only one hour train rides."

But the hotel was easy to use, easy to find, easy to book, reasonable cost and reasonable facilities. It will never be a 5-Star Hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be either!
