"Leider bin ich auf die Bewertung 10/10 hereingefallen. Das verdient für mich kaum 3/10. So gut wie alles war schmutzig: die Teller und das Besteck, Tassen und Gläser - alles musste abgewaschen werden, ehe man es benutzten wollte. In der Besteckschublade lagen viele Krümel, einige klebten an den Messern und Gabeln. Die Töpfe waren klebrig, genau wie die Mikrowelle. Die ganze Wohnung riecht feucht. Obwohl wir zwei Nächte bezahlt hatten, sind wir nach einer gefahren. Duschen wollten wir da nicht....

"We enjoyed this house a lot. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room cosy and the beds are wonderful. We slept like babies. The owner sent us to the Champagne producer next door. We lived the Champagne which is excellent and bought many bottles there. Great experience!"

"Opgelet!! Nadat we al enkele dagen ter plaatse waren hadden we een probleem met de eigenaar die beweerde niet met vrbo te werken voor de verhuur van het huis en er iemand anders geboekt stond om die dag de woning te betrekken.Hierdoor werd er gedreigd met de politie om ons uit de woning te zetten. Na contact met vrbo en contact tussen vrbo en de eigenaar werd het wel opgelost. Maar zou deze woning dus niet meer boeken via dit platform."

"Die Wohnung war ok, wenn auch eher Air B'nB als Ferienwohnung, für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie eher nicht geeignet,z.B. gab es nicht mal einen großen Topf, in dem man Nudeln o.ä. hätte kochen können. Insgesamt war die Wohnung unsauber, besonders das Geschirr und die Küche. Es roch stark nach kaltem Rauch obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert war. Auf unsere Rückmeldung gab es leider keine Antwort vom Vermieter."

"We stayed at Les 7 Anges for 8 nights. We had such an excellent experience. That experience started before we arrived because Benjamin, the concierge at Les 7 Anges, was extremely attentive and helpful. He coordinated a private chef at the apartment for my husbands birthday - it was a progressive tasting menu with wine pairing and it was so special to enjoy it while sitting out on the apartment's balcony opposite the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral, Reims, soaking in the wonderful romantic...

"Staying here was absolutely wonderful. The property is large and beautifully and lovingly maintained. The abundant number of amenities made it a really fun place for our family to stay. "We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...
