"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
