"We had a one night stay prior to heading to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was nicely made and very comfortable. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a store to stock up on some snacks. Highly recommend staying here."

"We arrived late at night as our flight was delayed so had checked in online. Instructions were clear and it was easy enough to access the lobby & then our room (there is a lift thankfully). Bathroom was clean and well serviced with shampoo etc. Shower pressure was great. Bedroom was a good size and had a table & chairs as well as a superking size bed - there wasn’t a fridge which is a shame but we made do with the window ledge for items we wanted to keep a bit cooler. mattress was very comfy. Bed linens were clean and of good quality, there wasn’t a kettle but glasses were provided. We slept well, it was very quiet outside, just heard a few people Early morning leaving their rooms noisily, TV had a few English channels. Coffee was nice from downstairs bar whilst we waited for our taxi to the train station. All in all a great stay and well placed for visiting Zagreb - we walked to the main square which took us about 15/20 mins - lots of shops nearby to buy your essentials or coffee / breakfast etc WiFi was free and worked well in room and elsewhere on property"

"We enjoyed the hotel and how it felt trapped in time! The decor and ambience felt like a luxury hotel from the 1960s. If you are looking for sleek and modern, this is not the place for you. If you want old-school elegance in dining this is for you! The room was large, the bathroom huge and the towels abundant. The breakfast has fine but less extensive compared to the other 4star hotels we stayed in this trip."

"This hotel is supremely cool. It's embedded in the old town like a secret hideaway. It's the opposite of big name branded hotels. I researched a lot and it was the only place with an outdoor pool in the centre of the city. Chic multi level garden bar surrounds the pool. Locals I mentioned this too didn't beleive it existed! The building my apartment was in was accessed through a dark lane way. At first I found this a little off putting but soon learned that Zagreb is the safest city in all of Europe so it became part of the charm of my experience."

"Antunovic is a very nice hotel. They do have great breakfast. The pool and sauna are situated on the 8th floor overlooking out to the street which is nice. Very convenient and it is not too far from the city center, Getting there is either by Uber or trolley near by. Highly recommend."
