"Very convenient location. Though as others have said, it's a steep wallk uphill to get to it; if you have a car, they have parking onsite. They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't say enough about him. This is where we'll stay when we come back."

"I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. The breakfast experience the hotel provides was amazing, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality that every employee displayed. It was as if my own family owned the place. It is without a doubt the only place I will ever stay when visiting Sarajevo."
