Private: natural state property 1 ha with trees, meadow. Bathing jetty, fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking at the house. Shop 8 km, supermarket 30 km, restaurant 30 km, bus stop "Hjartnes Kryss" 1.1 km, sandy beach 50 m. Fishing possibilities 50 m. Nearby attractions: Folgefonna-Gletscher 70 km, Bondhus-Gletscher 65 km.

Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Alcove with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm). Large balcony 35 m2, terrace 9 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Two freezers, approx. 100 l. and approx. 80 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
