"Staff at front desk and in restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was an excellent variety, fresh and delicious. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults were helping the kids know about appropriate behavior when staying in a hotel. Really, this isn’t the fault of the hotel, so I should award them 5 stars simply for being so professional with these barely supervised young people. Excellent, superb breakfast. Many many stars for that. The staff were also superb. "

"Hotel has a restaurant that can satisfy your appetite. The hotel is situated next to a highway round about and residential area so going for a walk is not practical. The do have a garden patio next to the restaurant that other guests exchange conversation over beers. This hotel is suited for one night stops or those attending an event in town like the a sports tournament, while I was their."

"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. Strangely today I received a message from them through Expedia; Dear guest! On arrival outside the reception's opening hours, we will put your key in the mailbox outside the entrance to the Bäverhyddan/Receptionen. I think this was for some other guest as my 3 night stay concluded over 7 hours earlier. There is nothing truly special about the facilities, just average."
