"We had 8 adults and 8 children, 10 and under. The home is well laid out for large groups. There is an extra refrigerator and clothes dryer in the garage. There are two sets of silverware. The downstairs is a great place for the kids to play, with the foosball, games and the TV. The hosts were very responsive. They had decorated the house for Christmas before our arrival - much appreciated!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for 3 families totaling 11 people. The giant Christmas tree was beautiful! How did you get it I there!?The kitchen was well stocked, lots of extra spices and plenty of dishes. Every glass you could ever need!The bedrooms were perfect for our group, the bunk room was very cool. The kids (and grandma) loved it. It gets pretty chilly in the rooms upstairs but there are heaters in the closet if you need and lots of extra blankets. The hot tub was amazing! We made sure to use that daily! The kids and teens favorite pass time was to move the owl decoys that were stored in the bunkhouse around the house to scare everyone! (Don’t worry we put them all back!) Was quite the shock to go into the bathroom in the middle of the night and have an owl staring back at you! Haha! Overall we had an amazing time! Would love to come back again!! Thank you for letting us spend Christmas at your home away from home! "

"This is not our first time staying at this wonderful house and it certainly won’t be the last! It is warm and cozy and feels like home. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining and living room are wonderfully spacious to accommodate our family of 11. The hosts are gracious and communicate immediately. I recommend this beautiful home to anyone searching for the perfect vacation rental. It’s the best place on the Ranch in our opinion."

"This home had a Christmas tree to welcome us for the start of our family holiday! There was an amazing bunk room that allowed our young grandkids to play with plenty of room. They also loved the pool table and ping pong table. This house had it all!Communication was so easy it made it all a great experience. "
