"We visited in late March and really enjoyed the heated pool. It's a fabulous area for families with lots of space, food and drink, and activities. The room was good - clean and fairly spacious for our small group. I might pick a larger one when we visit again with a patio and more sunlight. We were in one of the older buildings and we could hear some of the noise in the neighboring unit but all in all was quiet enough for good rest at night."

"Nice property, decent location. Management company (Vacasa) was HORRIBLE. Arrived at 4 PM check-in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned/was not ready for check-in. After countless calls to Vacasa, we finally got confirmation that the unit would be cleaned "tonight". We were finally able to occupy at 8:30 PM. Worse experience if over 25 years of renting vacation properties."

"Well positioned halfway between Phoenix and Sedona. Black Canyon City is a very small town and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Interstate. Stayed 7 nights in unit. This unit had the basic necessities for overnight needs. If you're looking for a clean, simplistic, minimalist stay, off the beaten path for a good price, this is your place. We would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. It's a very quiet and secluded location. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and adjacent golf course. Furnishing are very comfortable. Well stocked with all necessary items. Friendly neighborhood and convenient location to plenty of attractions."

"This is a very beautiful house, very well kept. Very nice for a get-a-way.They have thought of everything to keep your visit the best experience possible. I told them it was my birthday weekend and they even had a small cake and card waiting for me when I got there."

"The resort is nice- we have stayed there many times. It is a pain to have to fend off the attempts to sell you a time share every time you check in. The photos on the VRBO listing were not of the unit that we actual were assigned. Our unit was MUCH Smaller- so that is misleading (I thought VRBO would have had pictures of the actual unit they were advertising). The resort amenities were nice, which is why we have come back many times. But each time we come, the rooms are totally different and you...

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in North Scottsdale. The Arizona desert views are truly spectacular, and the backyard ambiance and private pool are the icing on the cake. The house is modern, updated, clean, and spacious. The management company is very accommodating and communicates well. I would highly recommend for a golf trip to Scottsdale, or any family looking to spend some leisure time in Arizona."
