Online early checkin is useless and waste of time as you still do the full checkin when you arrive. Staff not the friendliest. Restaurant was friendly, helpful, and great breakfast options. "

"I had stayed there mainly because of the hotel’s close vicinity to the hospital. I required specialized medical care there. I booked online through a third party and was unaware that in doing so I wouldn’t be eligible for the medical discount. While there the elevator broke down which was quite inconvenient. I asked if they would consider the medical discount due to the difficulty I experienced having to do 6 flights of stairs, hotel refused to consider it. I also feel that the cost of the rooms warrant the the lobby offering some free perks eg filtered water, include breakfasts, a coffee machine that provided alternatives like lattes, cappuccino etc. "
