"The house is in a highly convenient location with easy access to transportation, shops, etc, though the neighborhood and property itself are less desirable. The house rents the upstairs and downstairs separately. The first night a man banged on the door for over an hour saying let him in because he booked the rental. Owner finally showed up and man left. The thermostat cannot be adjusted. You must contact the owner anytime you want changes to the temperature. While the owner was responsive to...

"The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, very easy to locate and about a 30 minute drive into downtown Seattle. The home definitely needs TLC and would benefit from having basic supplies like salt, foil or plastic wrap, a kitchen dish towel (none provided), or even a clean sponge. Fantastic view of Lake Washington! "
