The hotel really goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and were extremely accommodating. The little café next-door was absolutely fantastic. "We were more than glad that this Hillside Inn redeemed “Inns” for us. We did have a second floor, no elevator, but just the four of us for one night. The room had two very comfortable queen beds, they layout is nice and includes a recliner type chair, table small refrigerator microwave. We used the pool, clean, easy to view your kiddos in there. We even use the mini golf next-door, had a great private experience. They have a couple benches outside of the rooms and from the second floor, we just sat there all night looking at the hills. Beautiful view."

"Our stay at Baymont was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Shah, the new owner. Breakfast was really good, we ate a lot, haha! On the weekend, they even served sausage and scrambled eggs, along with waffles, biscuits and gravy, different types of yogurt, fruit, and so many other options. Honestly, it was much better than we expected, and we will definitely be returning. The pool and hot tub were amazing too. This place is truly a hidden gem in Hot Springs. We also visited the Mammoth Site nearby, which was a great experience. Hot Springs is such a beautiful town with really good people. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property couldn’t have been better. It was clean and exactly as the listing described. The host provided a book with information into the area including food, attractions and close by hiking that was walking distance if you didn’t want to drive but still wanted to get out. The host was very welcoming and allowed us to play fetch with their dogs and visit with the pet goats which added to the experience. The photos look amazing, the place is even better in person. It is on a cliff side so be mindful before traveling with young children."

"Bison Pines is a hidden gem. It is such a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place. I would recommend to anyone to choose to stay in the country on your trip. You will not regret it. And the hosts, Carmen and Jim, are very nice people, along with Cooper the dog:) The property is very well maintained inside and out. Our family is so thankful that we found Bison Pines."
