Located inside the private gated community of Catawba Falls Preserve near Black Mountain, with unbelievable long range views at the headwaters of the Catawba River. Totally private setting, affording bedrooms with en suites. Large soaring vaulted great room w/stone fireplace, huge chef's grade kitchen (updated with new granite, lighting and range). Second story with two guest rooms en suite baths and loft area overlooking great room and views.
Extensive wrap around deck for entertaining overlooking level back yard with privacy and VIEWS. Open floor plan features ton of natural light. Large laundry/ mud room with plenty of storage off two car garage. Pets: This property is pet friendly, with a limit of 1 dog per stay. $130 non-refundable per pet fee applies. Please inform Guest Experience Team if wanting to bring your dog.
