"My coffee maker has cleaning clemaicla in it that mixed into my coffee. They replaced it however when I complained to the GM she responded after 5 days then implied I was lying. I kept the original coffee maker in the room to verify. They do not take your concerns seriously and will stonewall you."

I knew we were coming into Oakland super late and didn’t want to spend much for a few hours until we picked up our car so it was a place to wash up and lay your head for a few hours.
